A yoga studio that helps you to understand why you do what you do

About Section

Classes designed to support the circadian rhythm of our bodies

There aren't enough yoga studios in the Bay Area that follow and support the circadian rhythm of our bodies. Too many studios start with 'Fiery Vinyasa' in the morning when the body needs a calm approach.  After a demanding work day when the mind is overstimulated and the body needs fast-paced movement most studios offer slow restorative classes. The Loom Yoga doesn't subscribe to boosting cortisol levels… and it is not making the students blindly follow the sequence without understanding the gain of it. There is a reason why we do what we do and why we feel what we feel.

The Loom Yoga studio's mission is to educate practitioners to raise their awareness of their bodies

It starts on the yoga mat and extends beyond to every aspect of their lives. It encourages the students to choose a class based on their physical needs of a particular day - whether it is a gentle morning flow to prepare the body for the day, strengthening vinyasa to calm the mind and improve posture or increasing flexibility and mobility. The more self-aware one is, the easier it is to be confident and authentic which leads to a unique way to approach life. Sharing this uniqueness with others is the inspiration for the Art.
